Lisa Amani, RYT
Lisa earned her first yoga certification in Integral YogaTM at the world-renowned Satchidanada Ashram, known also as Yogaville, in Buckingham Virginia in the Spring of 1996. She earned her second yoga certification in Sadhana Yoga Chi in July of 2005 with yoga master Doug Swenson to expand her body of knowledge in the infinite practice of yoga.

Upon completion of her training almost ten years ago, Lisa began her professional practice, conducting a variety of programs, for groups and private clients in settings around the world. In January of 1999, yoga saved Lisa's life, quite literally. She used yoga to heal devastating injuries to her spine sustained in a motor vehicle accident. Lisa knows first-hand that yoga can heal one's body, mind, and spirit. She believes in guiding others to use yoga to change, and heal their own lives.
